1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and va999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of all services offered at va999.cam. The va999 platform provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and related entertainment services primarily to users based in Malaysia.

By accessing va999.cam, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of va999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the life of the Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any point. Accounts belonging to individuals found to be under 21 will be closed and any balances forfeited in line with applicable policies.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and intermediaries are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access online gaming services. It remains the User's sole responsibility to establish whether such participation is lawful in their country or state of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a va999 employee or associated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or equivalent regulatory exclusion list applicable to online gaming in your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — including under different names, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

The following obligations apply upon and after registration:

5 Deposits & Payments

va999 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and RHB. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a specific product specifies an alternative arrangement.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• va999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent service charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per method and are displayed in the Account deposit interface.
• va999 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to request supporting documentation before processing large deposits. This is consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits credited to an Account in error must be reported immediately. Wagering on erroneously credited funds before reporting may result in Account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding unsatisfied Bonus Funds) are available to verified Account holders. The following provisions govern the withdrawal process:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• A completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw until identity is confirmed.
• va999 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within five minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within five to fifteen minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to sixty minutes. These timeframes represent our service targets and are not contractual guarantees, as processing may vary based on banking partner performance.
• va999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to releasing withdrawals above defined thresholds. Users may be asked to provide additional documentation such as a bank statement or utility bill during this process.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts generated exclusively through Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be approved until requirements are satisfied.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the Account withdrawal interface.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

va999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards and loyalty programme benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms. The following general provisions apply across all promotions:

va999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time, including where a promotion has been published due to a technical error.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on va999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product (casino game, live table, sports market). In addition, the following general provisions apply:

• A bet or game round is binding once confirmed. Requests to cancel confirmed wagers will not be accepted except in cases of demonstrable system error.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine, live dealer studio or sports data feed. va999 accepts no liability for communication failures between the User's device and the Platform that result in missed in-play opportunities.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, va999 will attempt to resolve the round using available game logs. Where resolution is not possible, stakes may be returned at va999's discretion.
• va999 relies on official sports data providers for match results and settlement. Settlement decisions made by these providers are final unless va999 determines that an administrative error has occurred.
• Betting on events in which a User has advance knowledge of the outcome due to insider information, corruption or match-fixing is prohibited and may result in criminal referral.
• Game Return to Player (RTP) figures are provided in good faith based on information from licensed game studios. Actual returns will vary and RTP values represent long-run statistical expectations, not guaranteed outcomes per session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited on va999 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances, with or without notice:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, or acting as a proxy for another individual.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Players to influence casino game outcomes or manipulate sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing anomalies to place wagers at an unintended advantage — commonly referred to as "bugged" or "erroneous odds" abuse.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to obscure their origin.
• Providing false or forged identity documents during KYC verification or any other compliance check.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, chip dumping, or any systematic exploitation of the platform's promotional framework.
• Using any payment method that does not belong to you or authorising chargebacks where no genuine payment dispute exists.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing va999 staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gambling

va999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment conducted within personal financial and emotional limits. The Platform provides a range of tools to support responsible participation:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.
• Session Reminders: Optional time-elapsed notifications can be configured to alert Users after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, three months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Loss Limits: Users may configure a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period, after which the Account's real-money gaming access is suspended until the period resets.
• Reality Checks: The Platform may display session summary information to encourage awareness of time and money spent during extended gaming sessions.

11 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the va999 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio assets and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of va999 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, licence, transfer or sell any content obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from va999.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, va999 and its directors, officers, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from User error, including incorrect payment details submitted for withdrawals.
• Interruptions to service resulting from maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events beyond va999's reasonable control.
• Any consequences arising from a User's participation in online gambling in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited under local law.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

va999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit without valid grounds.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach, va999 may withhold all Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute may be returned to the Account holder following completion of any applicable compliance review, subject to the deduction of outstanding liabilities.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the va999 support team. Any real-money balance remaining after satisfying applicable conditions will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the va999 Platform, you agree to contact the va999 support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution prior to escalating the matter through any formal process.

va999 will respond to formal complaints submitted in writing within a reasonable period and will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may pursue resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

va999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to communicate the update through the Platform or via the registered email address associated with your Account prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the new Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when the document was most recently updated.
